Bunnies and More

Today we had a subistute and at the end of the day we had computer lab and I had lots of fun.- Kaspir
Today in computer lab I did 2 blog posts. You could have done a wordle but I did not. In the computer lab I sat beside Cole. When we checked the eagles today there was a fly on the eagles back feather. In gym we learned how to play 4 square. There were 5 people in each square and there were 4 squares. -Peyton
This morning I got to show my pictures. Alot of people laughed. In the morning we wrote what we would do if we were a bunny. Then we had to trace and cut out the bunny paws, head and feet. - Syndey R
Today we had a subistute. Her name is Mrs. McAuley and she is very nice. Ms. Anderlic showed us how to make a bunny. First we made a rough copy and then we put it on a piece of paper and then glued a pink piece of paper to put on the back. We glued the head, paws and feet on the piece of paper. We got to color the words and the bunny. -Ashley
Today my favourite part was making the bunnies because it is my favourite animal and you get to think what your going to do if you were a bunny. We played bunnies at recess and we pretended that there were eagles trying to catch us. -Cameron
At recess we played hockey. Most of the boys played hockey and most of the girls played ringette. We won 3-2. - Tristan

Learning to Draw Bunnies and more!

Today we did rabbits and it was fun. Some day I want try and make a rabbit again. -Rylee

Today at the end of the day Ms.Koehn taught us to make cartoon rabbits and showed us wooden eggs that she got as a gift. Once we were done our rabbits, we got jellybeans. My colors were blue and green. -Rhianna

Today at music we played a game. We had an eraser and Mr.Chan thought it was a button. We had to hide the eraser behind someone and then we had to guess who had it. -Sydney H

Today before Ms. Koehn came the PIP people got to go to the computer lab and try out a program called Prezi. We are going to us it for our PIP presentations. -Jadyn

Today it was an awesome day today. We went to music and then we sang and it was a great thing. -Sam
Today I drew a cartoon bunny that was really fancy. I liked it and it is rainbowish. -Cameron
At the end of the day we came to the carpet to blog and Ms.Koehn gave us two jellybeans. After a while she gave us one more and its almost the end of the day. -Taylor

My cartoon bunny was called Polka Dot because it has polkadots on it and the whole color of the bunny is purple. -Madeline

At the end of the day Ms.Koehn showed us how to draw bunnies.First you draw the head, then the arms, then the body, feet and tail. Then you add detail and color in the bunny. You can draw a sun, easter egg basket, whatever you want. -Ashley

Today was Aaron's birthday and we had a great time. We made a little book and sang happy birthday. After lunch Ms. Koehn came. -Jonathon
Today was +25 and we did not have to wear our jackets outside.-Jolene

The WOW! Word Day

 Today we had a substitute teacher because Mrs. Malkoske had to go to a meeting. Our subs name was Ms. Koehn. (Rhianna) Today Mrs. Malkoske went to a meeting and then she came back with Mrs. Kosolowski. We were talking about snow and Wow words. One of the wow words is white as flour and white as a wedding dress. (Madeline) We had two charts; one was ordinary words and one was Wow words!(Kendall) When it was recess I was playing Lego and we made the biggest houses and mine was a little bit big and I liked it. (Nick) We had gym and there was a subistitute. We played Ollie Ollie Octopus and after that we played soccer and then we played basketball. (Ashley)
Today at lunch, Nicholas' tooth started to hurt and I thought that it was going to fall out. (Kaspir)
Today it was hot lunch. It was pasta from Boston Pizza. I don't like pasta so I didn't get any. (Aliegha)
Kendall's mom brought cupcakes because it was Kendall's 7th birthday. The cupcakes were yummy. (Sydney R)
This afternoon we did math and I finished because I used a ruler. (Rylee)
We did mini bubble art with little pieces of paper. Mrs. Barnes helped us. (Jonathon)
We have had indoor recess for the last week. We are tired of playing inside and want to play outside. (Olivia)

Awesome Blue Bomber Day

Today we could wear blue and gold or a blue bombers jersey. -Olivia
We finished the book that Ms. Koehn was reading today. We finished our gingerbread glyphs. -Cameron
On blue bomber day most of the people in our class wore blue bomber stuff. I took mine off because I was too hot. It was a fun day. -Tristan
We were doing some gingerbread glyphs and putting buttons on them. We had to glue them on.-Nicholas
Today, me, Kendall and Cameron were playing hide and seek at recess. Me and Cameron hid in the play structure and Cameron called it Bunny Hide and Seek. It was fun.- Sydney R

I can't believe the week is over already! The children were well behaved for both myself and Ms. Koehn. I taught my second lesson today and it was on natural and constructed features. I feel that the lesson went well and I can't wait to teach more. -Ms. Anderlic

Today I started my practicum block. This means that I will be in the classroom for the next month until Christmas break. I am really looking forward to seeing the children everyday :) They are awesome students and I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to teach them. - Ms. Anderlic

Substitute Teachers!

We had a substitute teacher for gym and this morning. We were in gym when the fire drill rang. We went outside to the back in gym. -Tristan
In gym the substitute teacher taught us a new game called Billy Goat Tag. -Ashley
